We offer twenty varieties of sausages made fresh daily on the premises using fresh herbs exotic spices all high in meat content low in salt and no nasty MSG.

All our sausages are low in salt and contain no artificial flavours or colours. They are made using fresh herbs and exotic spices and have a high meat content consisting of only outdoor-bred free range pork.

We offer the traditional sausages – Breakfast; Toulouse; Italian and Merguez to the more exotic: Pork, cheese and pickle; Wild Boar and apple; Water Buffalo and red wine.
