We locally source free range beef including Hereford, Sussex, and Black Angus, all of which are raised on green pasture.

Our beef is fully matured, aged and conditioned on the bone in our temperature controlled rooms for up to 45 days to relax and tenderise the meat. This makes for a deliciously rich flavour easy to cook and even better to eat.

All our beef is guaranteed free of artificial hormones and additives. Local English beef can be supplied in every form from pre-cut, larder trimmed steaks to different sizes of diced or minced beef. Be this for schools, a gourmet restaurant, or anyone who wishes to cook quality meat.
