All of our pork is sourced and hand reared from farms in Sussex.

These farm reared pigs are free to forage in woods and orchards and give a truly wonderful flavour to all our pork products including succulent shoulder and leg with excellent crispy crackling and old spot belly pork.

We also supply whole pigs for your hog roast.
