All game is sourced locally and seasonally. Venison, partridge, pheasant, grouse, pigeon, rabbit, hare and guinea fowl are all available in season.

All game is passed by a meat inspector and goes through our own EU approved meat plant. Choosing to buy our high welfare British rose veal ensures the calves are naturally reared to the same age as pork or lamb.
