We locally source free range beef including Hereford, Sussex, and Black Angus, all of which are raised on green pasture. Our beef is fully matured, aged and conditioned on the bone in our temperature controlled rooms for up to 45 days to relax and tenderise the meat. This makes for a deliciously rich flavour easy to cook and even better to eat. All our beef is guaranteed free of artificial hormones and additives. Local English beef can be supplied in every form from pre-cut, larder trimmed steaks to different sizes of diced or minced beef. Be this for schools, a gourmet restaurant, or anyone who wishes to cook quality meat.
All our new season lamb is from the British Isles. Local English Lamb is born and bred in Rusper on the hills of Sussex. Available all year round, this lamb is succulent and tender throughout. Our most popular lamb is sweet Romney Marsh lamb, lean and tasty Suffolk Poll, Dorset and Swaledale. We also stock Mutton.
All of our pork is sourced and hand reared from farms in Sussex. These farm reared pigs are free to forage in woods and orchards and give a truly wonderful flavour to all our pork products including succulent shoulder and leg with excellent crispy crackling and old spot belly pork. We also supply whole pigs for your hog roast.
All of our bacon and gammon is supplied from within the British Isles. Sliced dry cured, smoked and green bacon, gammon steaks and whole joints are available.
CMB Foods are the makers of the Famous Lingfield Pork Sausage and we have an extensive range of handmade sausages always freshly made and available every day. Over twenty varieties of sausages made fresh daily on the premises using fresh herbs exotic spices all high in meat content low in salt and no nasty MSG. All our sausages are low in salt and contain no artificial flavours or colours. They are made using fresh herbs and exotic spices and have a high meat content consisting of only outdoor-bred free range pork. We offer the traditional sausages – Breakfast; Toulouse; Italian and Merguez to the more exotic: Pork, cheese and pickle; Wild Boar and apple; Water Buffalo and red wine. Taste the difference with our farmyard chickens. All of our poultry is prepared in our own poultry preparation area to customer’s specific requirements. Christmas turkeys are all hand reared and free range.

All game is sourced locally and seasonally. Venison, partridge, pheasant, grouse, pigeon, rabbit, hare and guinea fowl are all available in season. All game is passed by a meat inspector and goes through our own EU approved meat plant. Choosing to buy our high welfare British rose veal ensures the calves are naturally reared to the same age as pork or lamb.
